What helps us answer
The e-mail address of your account, the tool or endpoint, the time of the call (UTC), and the answer or error message you received. Never send your password or a full API key; the first characters of a key are enough.
Report a vulnerability
Write to service@marketzeitgeist.com with the subject "Security". Describe what you found and how to reproduce it. Please test only with your own account and data, and give us time to fix the issue before you publish anything about it.
Your limits and the documentation
Ask your assistant for your limits (my_limits) or call GET /api/me/limits on api.cyclesiq.com with your key. The documentation covers the plans and limits, market data by id and the concepts behind the answers.
